General Hydroponics pH UP Adjusting Solution Quart
- Concentrated base formula is used to raise pH in a reservoir
- Our solutions are made from nutrients plants can use and they are super concentrated for quick, easy adjustments
- Add a little at a time if your nutrient pH is too low and this will raise the pH to within range
- pH can be affected by poor water quality, pH unstable growing media and when growth rates are so high that nutrient mix is thrown off due to rapid nutrient absorption by plants
- Pure water has a balance of hydrogen and hydroxyl and is pH neutral (pH7)
- Most plants grow best when pH is in the range of 5.5 to 6.5 and lose their ablility to absorb nutrients when pH is not at the proper level
