Aerogarden has implemented a Minimum Advertised Price (M.A.P.) program that requires us to sell their product at a fixed retail price and prevents us from discounting product to our customers. We believe that this amounts to price fixing which favors high cost retailers and prevents the consumer from purchaing at an economical cost. As a result we discontinued this product line and closed out our remaining stock.We refuse to support an imported product or any product engages in price fixing that requires us to overcharge our customers.
