Manufactures Minimum Selling Price Policies

Certain horticulture manufactures are establishing and enforcing M.A.P. Minimum Advertised Price and M.S.P. Minimum Selling Price policies that are designed to raise the price consumers pay by as much as 50% over discounted prices. Our concern is that all the horticulture manufactures will implement these policies and effectively eliminate all competition, which in our opinion is a violation of anti-trust laws. Plantlighting Hydroponics will not stock any product that requires M.S.P. pricing and we ask all consumers to stop buying those products and notify their Congressman that fixed pricing by manufactures is unacceptable in the USA.
