Manufactures Minimum Selling Price Policies

Price Fixing, disguised as M.A.P. Minimum Advertised Price and M.S.P. Minimum Selling Price policies are designed to raise the price consumers pay by as much as 50% over discounted prices. Our concern is that all the horticulture manufactures will implement these policies and effectively eliminate all competition, which in our opinion is a violation of anti-trust laws. Plant Lighting Hydroponics will not stock any product that requires M.S.P. pricing and we ask all consumers to stop buying those products and notify their Legislators that pricing fixing by manufactures is unacceptable in the USA. This is another example of big business driving congress to put their interests before the American Consumer. The US Supreme Court under Chief Justice Roberts has not ruled in favor of one consumer issue brought before the court and our legislators have done nothing to correct the Supreme Courts anti-consumer rulings.
