Our company has petitioned the Ohio AG, newly elected Republican Mike Dewine, to take action against any manufacture that has established pricing policies that forces retailers to sell at "Fixed Prices" resulting in the restraint of competition, and Interstate trade which is clearly a violation of Anti-Trust laws. The Ohio AG has ignored our request and is allowing manufacturers to enforce "Minimum Pricing Policies" which raises the price to you, the consumer, by as much as 50%. Why isn't the Ohio AG protecting Ohio consumers from predatory pricing practices? Where are the priorities in Ohio? Is it protecting big business or the consumer?

This is what appears on the Ohio AG website under legal. "The Antitrust Section enforces state and federal antitrust law; in so doing, it works to protect a competitive marketplace where businesses do not hold illegal power over their customers or their competitors." Are these hollow words?
